Schönbrunn Palace

If you are already a voucher partner, you have already received a code from us with which you can register on the Schönbrunn Palace Online Reservations Platform and directly reserve the time slots / admission time.

Where can I book my group tickets?

Yes, we request you book a time slot in Schönbrunn Palace and the Sisi Museum in the Vienna Hofburg.

Please note that reserved tickets must be picked up at the ticket office in the Group Centre Schönbrunn at the latest fifteen minutes prior to the viewing time slot, otherwise the reservation is forfeited. Please arrive with your group punctually at the reserved time at the gate / turnstile, otherwise we cannot guarantee admission should there be a large number of visitors. Calculate extra time for picking up tickets and the way to the gate / turnstile – particularly in Schönbrunn Palace the way from ticket pick-up to the gate can take up to twenty minutes, depending on the size of the group.

Time slots do not have to be reserved beforehand for the Möbelmuseum Wien and the Schloss Hof Estate. Private and evening guided tours are excepted from this rule.

Is it necessary to reserve a date before visiting the locations?

Please pick up tickets for Schönbrunn Palace at the Group Center at the parking lot diagonally opposite the main entrance.

The entrance for groups in the Sisi Museum in the Vienna Hofburg is via the Inner Burghof. Here you also find the ticket pick-up point.

You pick up your tickets for the Imperial Furniture Collection / Möbelmuseum Wien at the ticket office at the Main Entrance.

On the Schloss Hof Estate you pick up tickets either at the ticket office of the relevant palace or, if you have reserved a locational ticket for both palaces, at one of the two ticket offices..

IMPORTANT: Identification at the pick-up point is established through the reservation number and through unambiguous identification of the previously notified person who picks up the tickets – ID card, passport, tourist guide ID cards.

Where can I pick up my tickets?

As voucher holder you can pay cashless through the bank by direct debit. Alternatively, or if you are not a voucher holder, payment is possible with credit card, EC card or cash.

What are my payment options?

Travel guides with groups of twenty or more persons are given free admission after filling out a form. Please show your ID at the counter.

Sisi Museum: max. 35 persons + 1 Guide

Vienna Furniture Museum: max. 30 persons + 1 Guide

Schloss Hof Estate: max. 30 persons + 1 Guide

What is the maximum group size per location?

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the time slot, for private and evening guided tours up to 7 days before the set time. Cancellations notified later have to be settled according to each guided tour.

The group is unable to show up. What are your cancellation conditions?

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge via the Online Reservation System, by telephone, or by e-mail addressed to the Reservation Office.
